Hold Harmless Agreement

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities offered at Coco Market, an event produced by Cocoyogi Inc., I, the undersigned, agree to the following:

1. Activities covered

This agreement applies to my participation in any activity offered at Coco Market, including but not limited to yoga and movement classes, dance, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, ceremonies, workshops, demonstrations, and any other wellness programming (the "Activities").

2. Assumption of risk

I acknowledge that the Activities take place outdoors and may involve physical activity, close contact with other participants, and the consumption of food or beverages. These carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains and sprains; falls or loss of balance, including on uneven ground; overexertion; heat, sun, and weather exposure; insect bites; allergic reactions to food, beverages, plants, or aromatics; loud sound; and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. I voluntarily and freely assume all such risks, known and unknown, that may arise from my participation.

3. Release and waiver of liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Cocoyogi Inc. d/b/a Coco Market and its officers, organizers, instructors, practitioners, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or connected with my participation in the Activities, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

4. Hold harmless

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, costs, or expenses arising from my participation, including claims resulting from my own conduct or actions.

5. Medical acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the Activities I choose and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand I may stop or modify any Activity at any time. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf and accept sole responsibility for any costs incurred.
